He helped a snapping turtle cross the road????? yep, it's confirmed. Y'all are from the city.

I had a run in with a snapper at the river this spring. A big snapper came crawling over the levy, and was headed for the water. I got the bright idea that I was going to catch it. Only problem was? all I had was my bare hands. I got between it and the water. Spun it around a few times, then pretty much got stuck in the slimy mud. He was pissed, snapping, and coming after me. It was way to close for comfort, but I will admit, it was an adrenaline rush I haven't had in a long time.
