"Bud Genius Settlement Subject To Court Approval" .....

This comment is made at least twice in the terms of settlement ..... May 21, 2018 ..... And my question would be ..... Has Court approval been given ? ..... Unable to find confirmation !!!

Clearly Stanz would be out of the picture which would not necessarily mean ..... as you claim ..... "RIGH is over !!!" ..... What might a man with the experience of George Sharp have to say concerning the RIGH dilemma ? ..... What becomes of Sal ? ..... He was not party to the SEC ruling .....

And has the Supreme Court ruling toward SEC judicial jurisdiction being "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" been cleaned-up ? ..... This should not be considered a meaningless allegation !!! ..... It would ..... in fact ..... seemingly invalidate any and all SEC rulings .....

SEC has an extensive history of their own fraud related actions on public record which anyone can research ..... Their hands do not appear to be clean !!! ..... Allegedly destroying 15,0000 of their own M.U.I. files ..... They were apparently party to the "economic meltdown of 2008" which cost taxpayers trillions of dollars !!! .....
