CEO Kenny promised SHs an IND by EOY 2015. Never happened. Then he suddenly discovered in 2017, the FDA wanted pre-clinical testing... Surprise! Then he hinted an IND would be ready end of Q1 2018. Within a few sentences he left open the possibility it wouldn't be ready by then, and was in determinant. It still seems to be. Since then he has been giving a blow by blow account of every pre-clinical test required by the FDA. Again, a real drug company tells its SHs they are starting pre-clinical, followed by the announcement they are starting a CT. But they don't give blow by blow results of every last pre-clinical test required by the FDA.

PMCB has no 15-20 "studies" which implies CTs. Neither do pre-clinical testing involve various "phases", as a CT does. And your $9-12M per Q is way too low for CTs. The common phase 2 CT, not to mention Ph 3 with expanded populations will easily go through $20M/Q. Neither does a real drug company have 15-20 studies underway on a single drug (treatment protocol). At most a large cap Pharma might push 6 different CTs for a given drug/treatment. Not sure where that number of 15-20 is coming from.

No it would not be short. With CTs of other drugs for PC already in Ph 3 to run 2 yrs, giving 70% tumor shrinkage for successful surgery in completed Ph 2, there is no need to grant a treatment yielding 32% back in 1998-2000 any special status. However, while other drugs are in Ph 3, one has Kenny pumping away an IND is coming. Where if an IND ever did get submitted, and approved, there would be a Phase 1 dosing requirement. Meanwhile SHs get a PR flood of this or that pre-clinical test being completed.

PMCB announced the CRO award on November 6th. A few notable Medpace hiring notices since then.

So it couldn't have been that new $377M of business coming into Medpace??? Instead it's PMCB the scam coming to the rescue. LOL BTW - this is about the 3rd CRO that has been announced for this scam. Maybe in another 6 months there will be a different one.
