What you have stated below regarding COBI sounds good to me. Official confirmation from the company would be great for shareholders. I believe we see some significant updates in the near future here with COBI:

Sterling, transatlantic has been moving forward in the private sector with their 41 million dollars project .
And the CEO Nicole Birch has acquired COBI through BANGI investment llc that will merge or acquire all transatlantic assets in COBI.
If you read their news from November 8 ,you will see that they need a public vehicle to grow faster and bigger.
Timing could not be better with the upcoming strongest months in the otc .
We are about to see a huge price run especially that Michigan voted on November 6 for MJ and will go live on December 6.
COBI will hot the jackpot
