There is an elementary school in Tennessee (I forget which town) that is the target of a multi-million dollar suit because it had installed surveilance cameras in the girls locker and dressing rooms -- a visiting team noticed the cameras and raised a stink, including being party to the lawsuit. The principal of the school claims he knew nothing about the camera even though the pictures of young girls in various stages of undress were on his desk computer and accessable from the internet.

But hey, he is a member of the respected teaching profession so I believe him. Yeah, right.
