There are only three developments, that will save this company from turning into an even bigger "shit show"...and the Sound Concepts, merger and integration, isn't one of them.

People need to stop beating the dead horse, about SC being "our saving grace". Deep pockets, and institutions, will want much more, before dishing out big bucks, for a holding company, that has shown no $$$$!!

Couple that with an initial Daq SP, at 3 bucks or more, and shorts all over it,.... Family Offices, and Hedge Funds, simply won't be beating down the door, to get a piece of nFusz action.

What do we need?

1. Great revenue numbers, but that's months away..at the earliest.

2. Documented, and finalized partnership(s) and or association(s) , with a PR from a huge player, attesting that $FUSZ$ is officially on board, in a substantial capacity.

3. A buy-out, from an industry leader.

Will 1 or 3 happen? Certainly, NO. 1 can, but not soon enough, to help this listing ship.

No 3...Highly doubtful at this stage of the company's development, and current state of affairs...but stranger things, have happened.

Most certainly...No 2 can, and that's what most of us are waiting for, and have been for months.

What I've been trying to do, is stay objective, and certainly continue to do my investigative research, and formulate my assessments rationally, without emotions taking over.

Again, my strong opinion, is that any type of R/S, to help facilitate an UL, at this stage...is a huge mistake!!

...and with the SP tanking, were not talking 'bout a small 1:5, but rather the number being at the other end of Rory and Team's, PRE 14C, 1:40!!!!

Just a killer to everyone, except the shareholders with huge positions.

All above ...IMO!!

Such a sweet... SHORT SQUEEZE!!

Don't sweat the small stuff....this, too will pass!
