Highlandmike, with that COBI question...

Only a guess, but I would like to think that the company is not going to be doing a reverse split. I believe they had one planned a while back and such was cancelled. I would like to think that the company is smart enough to see to not do a reverse split.

I believe they will increase their Authorized Shares (AS) to give them a cushion of shares in their treasury to use for growth. Again though, this is only me guessing.
