First off I was just answering a question about any power the shareholders have and we do. And while I still hold out hope for this management team I won't sit here with blinders on and ignore their lack of execution.

This company probably does less than 10 financial transactions a month. There is no way the financials could have been SO messed up that it has taken the better part of a year to get fixed. Just not possible unless there was no action on the part of somebody.

Let someone on this board go into work and say that won't be able to get their job done for almost a year and see how well that turns out for them. I think this team has the ability to get this done but no sense of urgency (or the worst plan ever). And personally after many years of it I am about done. As long as we sit back complacently allowing them to slow roll this they will. They have lived with zero accountability.

All I am saying is that as a group we need to start putting pressure on them to perform or to bring in help that can get the job done. New technology is popping up everyday and eventually even this amazing technology will be obsolete. If financials are not out this week I am starting to make calls and a lot of them.

You can call that wild or crazy all you want but we all know what the definition of insanity is.

I know the technology is real. I have seen the components and the results. Snaper told me ALL the measuring is working and everything is ready. I believe that to be case. I do not think Chas is a liar. I do not think he is deliberately stalling. I think he is involved in too many things and works on CTDT when he can. I think it is reasonable as investors to expect more. If he cannot operate as the CEO (which is why they brought Lauzon in to begin with) then bring in someone that can.

No more excuses - just execute. If I am crazy so be it. But I will not sit here and watch another January 1 come and go while they fritter time away.
