It is fairly obvious, given all background information that this was designed as a vehicle to create wealth for the Corporate Officers without actually performing any actual work or creating anything with intrinsic value. "In the event operations cease, everyone is indemnified???" Wonderful "Forward Looking Statement".

How much actual capital, by that I mean CA$H Money and not billions of dollars of miraculously appearing stock was brought in to this deal????

As a business owner, I bust my butt to watch every penny and account for all expenses and returns for my investors. It is way too easy to burn through millions of Other People's Money if you lack character and integrity! Just a rant because it pisses me off what a great idea/opportunity was squandered away by white collar crooks! Coulda been a nice little company.
