Right, I have no problems at all with what you say, and the accumulated experience of the last 3 years should have helped to clarify all that in the mind of management. I think it has.

My post was focusing on why the situation of providing time-lines has occurred in the first place. I believe we have all learned some lessons.

In this particular industry, everything to do with timing and timed expectations appear to be an endemic hazard.

I continue to feel that the worst should be behind us. JMHO.
