My friend, this is just in case...they're doing this to put the shorts on notice. Also, it's better to drop it now in the .30's rather than in the $1 range. I view this as putting the shorts on death row not knowing when they're getting sent to the chair. Just wait until more 8Ks with Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce come out...exciting times ahead.
