Ok, I'll be nice today and teach. "Beneficial ownership" is the key term. It means Brito and Silva each share 50% voting rights in Metrospaces stock, and Metrospaces owns about 41% of IQST stock, 6+ million shares of the total 15 million shares outstanding.
