SERVICE. SERVICE. SERVICE. This is the bottom line. I just did a shipping test. NFLX vs. GZ. NFLX took 1 day. GZ took 2, sometimes 3 days. The way NFLX works with their queue and shipping is excellent. No question. GZ needs to continue to improve their service. GZ is a little cheaper than NFLX but the average customer would rather pay $1.00 more a month to average more movies.
