Shareholders you need to realize this does not change the status of the merger or anything else. Now when the bonds are validated by the court the company will be able to move forward with the original plans and it will be shown that the assets are real and I can only see that brokers and investors will see this as a very extremely undervalued situation because of the confirmation. Combined it will make a very powerful statement that what everyone thought was not real will now be an "absolutely confirmed reality" and a very valuable one.
