Here it is: In 2011, Seaco was acquired by HNA Group Co Ltd from former shareholders GE Capital and Sea Containers https://www.seacoglobal.com/getattachment/About-Us/About-Seaco/17571-Seaco-Corporate-A4-Brochure-v22-WEB.pdf.aspx/?lang=en-US So I was initially wrong and right. It is the same company, but shares arent trading anymore under this ticker. It's a HNA sub.
