Fellas this is all retail on the ask. ALL OF IT. RETC normally trades 40-100 million plus a day! The seller is out or VERY close to being out. RETC can, has, will run to above 013 with ease. Don't let that retail on the 0031 ask scare you. 800k shares is NOT MONEY, that's a broke child
