When Finra announces it on the daily list.

It doesn't matter what they "applied for" at the State of Florida, since they have nothing to do with it or have any say in doing one.

From the last filing.

On Oct 11 2018, the company applied to the State of Florida and to FINRA for a 7000:1 reverse split of the stock and a name & symbol change to more accurately reflect the strategic direction of the corporation
