The WMI-LT’s “Proposed Order”, as I posted was “Approved”, So That Should Be Implemented without any delay’ ... ? ... point # 3 at a minimum

The 11/01/2018 request for an additional review of attorney fees, is a separate consideration ... actually, as B Rosen stated, ... The Judge has already ruled on this attorney fee issue once’ ... and since a number of the Employee Claimants have already had their case’ listed as closed ... “with prejudice”, ... that issue will not be reopened ... my opinion ... and none of these attorney fee issues actually affect us’
