“Watch” NFusz not uplist by year end. I have “watched” enough otc stocks talk about uplisting to have “learned” when it is realistic and when it is not.

The primary issue Fusz has is its share price AND the fact it needs to sell stock to meet the equity standard for uplist.

Rory has not disclosed an approach in the S-1 that is realistic.

Something will have to give...and that is most likely a reverse split. He won’t tell you that at the moment because he knows what it will do to the narrative. But at the same time he knows it is unavoidable if he wants to uplist anytime in the near future.
