and as I would say to the johns. its never too early to line up associates. both in building and selling. some might come on board part time with no income but maybe stock options given so if they help effect success they get a taste too. sell exclusive area franchise parts now before you build with some kind of engine for buy back or to adjust costs as needed. but if we are capital distressed it is a way to raise needed seed money. when you get that you can secure loans with competitive rates with a drawn up plan and scope of interest. don't put your eggs in 1 basket like an angel investor. you have a free voice and help from many sources use them and get visible yourself. when someone can identify you easily they will attach themselves to you. the only limitations here are self inflicted. forget the time wasted and start today. yesterday is gone.
