we have had sooo....................

much rain, right up to today, its out of control and they are calling for a cold and snowy winter. was hoping to get this house sold and downsize before then, but, we cant seem to give it away.

2 contracts that fell through because the buyers got lazy, simply didnt reply back to what they asked for.
