As one can see the death spiral has begun on TRTC. See post 269405 "The devil is in the details" over there.

I have tried in vain to explain the horrible financing thru Dominion since 2014......

EVery time the share price falls like this it allows for serious dilution and one day will trigger the default clause forcing TRTC to sell assets to Dominion...........

The secret is in the ownership of the "B" shares IMHO...
