It's a puzzle. They are "worth" .28 now, with the stock trading at 5.28, or .28 above the 5.00 strike price until 2009.

The company is dissolving and says shareholders will get less than 6.00...the market is valuing the stock above the strike price.

Are warrants in the US the same as options? ie. can they be exercised at any time? If so, they have value.

Otherwise, they would have none since the stock will be off the board in theory before the 3 years to expiry is up.
