Howdy, Folks,

Usually the Pinksheets.com has information on history, O/S, Transfer Agent, etc. under their "Company Information" heading, but none was available for AGSI. So I emailed them and asked why. Here's the response I got:
"...Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There will be company information on Aegis Assessments, Inc. on pinksheets.com tomorrow.
Allen Swartz
Issuer Services...".

And, if you have any questions about authorized, O/S, Float, Preferred, 144, etc., call the T-A and they should know what's up.

ps: It sure would be nice if those posters with "..Terminal S-8 Paranoia.." could do their own homework - or, take their meds. But, as usual, it appears easier for them to whine, sputter and be ugly rather than do their own DD. Go figure............
