Spruce loans HEMP money to buy assets that don't produce any revenue but serve as props for Facebook videos to lure in retail investors.

Then by loaning HEMP money Spruce takes shares in return of which are sold on the market daily to the tune of billions of shares per year. Hence why the float is approaching 4,000,000,000.
