ALEAF The 52 wk hi is $3.62 set in September and then traveled horizontally until October when Canada went full legalization. The company is in the process of offering shares at a discount in addition to diluting.

Maybe the stockholders should stipulate that in considering a favorable vote for the share consolidation (R/S) the company be required to File an 8k placing a moratorium against any share increase for a period of 12 months following any form of share consolidation (R/S)to assure shareholders that there will not be any further diluting, in the event of a reverse split ---- oppps I'm sorry share consolidation.
