I am almost certain TINO/Garcia is not behind disregard/retracted ones.

Everything up to the disregard/retracted ones including 2015/2013 for sure TINO/Garcia is behind those. It does not matter for your strategy either way, your just in for the spike.

I agree about the front loading group. They hit another one of my holdings, I sold some and now all the rest are freebies. I am still waiting for the legit Venture Capital Group to hit one of my holdings. That's the bank.
