I believe you meant it the other way around, i.e., "TCA "on paper" owns the controlling rights to Cresent".

Honest mistake. No big deal.

But wouldn't it be more helpful to just review the whole court case, i.e., IHSI's claim against TCA?

I'll try to supply that in the next post.

Hopefully, it will clear some things up for those of you invested in this.

And by the way... "on paper" is all that matters in the world of contract law.... within the four corners of the contract and all...
