I don't understand him either as well as most if not all people. Most people see billions and performing trusts flying all over the place and they think that they understand when they don't. I think he writes some kind of special English such that English speaking people don't understand either. This is all designed to be cryptic like I used to do when I was a kid and I have to write a paper for school. I will write a 10 pages long paper that says nothing because I have nothing to say.
