It’s good terms for a development stage company that is a going concern and in-line with market rates for short-term financing.

It’s not like they can float their own bonds.

The fact that it’s not convertible debt at a discount to current market prices that can reset to lower and lower amounts shows that it’s not your typical OTC financing.
