My vote for the most insane spin at HSM of Rufus's removal.

My take on it is simple but NOT supported by facts.
I think he may be more estute than even I gave him credit for. The best case I can think of is business related is this;

The man knows what the deal is. He knows a. people think he is a criminal due to broadband b. wouldn't believe him if he told the future plans of the company well before they were in effect. So to get press behind it and to help jump start a company - he becomes the CEO for it for the deal of his shares.

Now he does what he has done boasting the business plans and ect., and knows that if he keeps all the REAL information a secret from even the faithful the SEC will get involved to include the ones that were after him in his last endevor (I can't spell). So he gets all the attention he wants for this company including the negative attention due to his personal aspect involved in a multi-billion dollar company. As planned the CEO gets stopped by the SEC and is forced to prove this, makes it look real shady, then slaps the Doc's down in the court for them to prove to the investing community, with his controversy steps out of the way taking his negative press with him - although the negative press was needed for recognition - a new CEO stands in with the billions of dollars and runs it like an regular massive corp. and we win! This actaully has been done a few dozen times that I've found in my DD with small small companies that need press but otherwise without controversy would be unable to get their names out there. So the best case - they will prove all claims make it look like Rufus over stepped and jumped the gun bring in fresh meat to handle the day to day (sabra in my opinion) and the company runs as usual and the hype dies down. Basically him being a goat here...

this is what I hope for.
