I see your argument, probably has more credence than mine, a dual listing would also require (with waiver possible according to DIFX listing rules) that the stock is traded on a recognized exchange, a member of the World Federation of Exchanges (http://www.world-exchanges.org/WFE/home.asp?action=document&menu=6 for US exchanges), pinksheets is I think technically not a market or an exchange (it's not allowed to be) so we'd want to skiddadle over to OTC (am I right thats part of NASDAQ?), but don't we need a current filing for OTC - i.e. audited numbers need to be for a period ending no more than three months prior, we're in November, Petar said in the blog one year audit but three months is up and over so we still need a quarterly for the OTC move and before DIFX could be a possibility.
