these 10 insiders just gave themselves 6 million shares, exerciseable at option price of 30 cents. This is really the truth of these small venture companies, and people should know this. And this is the way it is in industry in generally. You get on the board, you become an officer, and then you periodically give yourselves a hunk of options, where if you exercise them, you make over 100 percent on your money, and possibly much more.
Like If i give myself 2 million in options, exercise price at 30 cents, I just go to the bank, borrow the option amount, 600 grand, and then exercise the options, and then cash out the stock over 60 days when permissible, at 80 cents for instance, pocketing over 1 million dollars, plus I still get my salary of course, and let retail public pay me when I offload my converted shares;
and then in two years from now we do the same thing. Plus my salary of course.
so that is the thing.
