The following content recently observed in ibox is misleading:

"Currently, Bright Green is a private company and therefore they are keeping investors in the dark to any and all of their plans. A few posters on this board have taken pictures of the facility in Grants, New Mexico and it appears to have repairs underway. From the pictures, the size and scope of the current construction does not match the $200 million project they initially had described, nevertheless we can deduce that the plan is still active in some form from the pictures”

“keeping investors in the dark to any and all of their plans” - That's false. We have very recently seen multiple emails confirming their plans to move forward with merger. Upon merger completion, BGG becomes a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY, then they can issue PRs, etc, as they've stated.

“appears to have repairs underway” - That's misleading. The photos depict prep work for a complete renovation that is about to be unleashed. Its NOT to close it up for the winter or to do minor repairs. This is New Mexico, not Alaska. They can work on this project no matter what season. And its a high tech glass greenhouse project at that, which means the weather is irrelevant to its construction.

“plan is still active in some form” - That's false. Based on last month's emails from company associates, we can deduce that “all their plans are active, in all forms”.

“construction does not match the $200 million” - That's misleading. First of all, Bright Green has signed (2) two contracts with Dalsem for OVER $200 million. One is for a complete “renovation” of the high tech glass greenhouse in Grant's NM, and to automate for medicinal plants. Around ~$40 million.

- The second contract is for the 130 acre facility, currently awaiting federal approvals to approve the 25 year business agreement. Bright Green/Acoma have been working on these approvals for over 2 years. Specifically there is no building until the federal approvals to approve the 25 year business agreement. The second contract would be where the ~$160 million comes into play.

BGG has “confirmed all their plans” associated with the $200 million contracts. I suspect a new narrative will be seen in the ibox very soon. BGG is close to these federal approvals.
