The Dubai listing, I don't really buy into the ten cents argument to keep above the 50 million USD capitalisation required as the rules are sufficiently flexible that if the exchange wanted SLJB to list there they could, (maybe the AFs are part of that I don't know), but the requirement that would be difficult to breach is that lots of shares would have to be 'transferred' to the Dubai exchange, or some sort of equivelant of drawing rights to the stock in the U.S., and if SLJB has no plans to expand the O/S then where would these shares come from?
