I only have my theory that works for me not the answers. I think time has done a good job in keeping the price relatively low for all who want cheaper shares to buy. There are still a lot of longs with a good amount of shares and a few with great amounts, but those limits are being tested everyday. That last "lost in translation" PR after the pump them up Blog was just another round....I don't think there is malice behind this just strategy....JMHO

P.S. I also believe that PV has no incentive to post the AFs just because a bunc of folks want to dump shares either. It will have to be on his terms...
