Frank, re: anything to do with energy-- GONE.

Color me clueless, but I picked up Enerplus close to its bottom today and am going hunting for Peyto Energy and Westshore Terminals tomorrow...what am I missing here? A lot can happen in 4 years until these changes take place...In the meantime, if the Canadian bureaucrats maintain their new position, commodities money will shy away from Canada and leave the country poorer for it....
