LPI...I now understand the 9.7M and the 41.4M( fund IX & X) in the SEC filing(linked in my previous post), but then what about the other 51.1M additional one marked in the filing? Is it a separate 'fund', or is it just the 9.7+ 41.4= 51.1?
Something about the math in the SEC filing isn't tallying? Basically is it 9.7+ 41.4= 51.1M or is it 9.7+ 41.4 +51.1=102M?? The OpenInsider link(copying below again) shows the Warburg Pincus present holdings as 102M which, if accurate, is simply too huge an overhang, specially if they are in an offloading mood.
