It is taking 2 more months to reconcile the remaining inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and then distribute the proceeds to the creditors. That’s it. This is in court and overseen/approved by a judge, so finding presentation material about how mergers are done when there clearly isn’t one happening is irrelevant and misleading.
