We seem to be drifting in to history lessons here. I’m sorry for asking, but all I was wondering is how the outcome of the appeal might be delaying business development. I’m getting the impression that what is thought to be important is the copyright in some code provided to give effect to the development license.

Is any project Dimension is working on dependent on the copyright in the code?

Dimension sued Tmmi for theft of the code, and as I remember it, this claim was dismissed. This wasn’t appealed. So why does it matter now?
