HAHA... Let me educate you.

#1) In order for a reverse split to happen. They need to get Current.

#2) Once they are current investors need to be informed 30 days prior.

#3) If the Authorized Shares is NOT max theres no "dilution"... Dilution can not happen unless the company is current.
