the only reason, why I had to flip is ... "If" S E C freezes this stock... I will be out my entire $3.5k, I kept on re-investing this company and pray S E C is cool off on this company.

Company postpone two times to be honest.

The first time was 120 day period which is Oct. 13th ---> Nov. 13th, 2018

Oct. 16th ---> Oct. 26th, 2018
2nd time was suppose to have filings "expect within 10 days".... still no filings.

I have been following the company and I dont believe them until they start to deliver...

If you read my posts ... only way to secure my investment is to SWING until they deliver.
