Has anyone hear read the text of Issue 1 in Ohio?

Basically, the Dems are supporting it, and the repubs are opposed ...

I talked to people in our local republican office ... They said that sex offenders and rapists will be freed, and there is nothing in the bill of that kind. It is merely reducing sentences on Drug users who have not sold to anyone. They also mentioned other folks that are not in the Issue. In Other words, they are either ignorant or lying.

I see no reason that first of second time non violent drug users should be sent to prison on that alone. I certainly do not went them going to "College for Criminals" at a cosr of 26,000 dollars a year to us taxpayers.
