I’m thinking the opposite. I’m betting it will be after the filings and it will be re-announced as part of the all the news and filings that will drive thus to its due valuation. Since it is a onetime event there is no timetable.

It will be this year to help relieve some of the tax burden.

I can’t imagine all the work auditing two companies, all the filings, and day to day business operations going on and trying to engineer a stock Divy at the same time.
