Uplisting of FUSZ from the OTC to NASDAQ is still on track and will happen this year.

nFUSZ completes loan to help with the SC acquisition, merger and uplisting.

Since nFUSZ took out the loan, that must mean the 3 year financial audit of SC has been completed and Rory's plans are moving forward.

Now that the audit of SC appears complete, we should see the S-1/A any day as well as the acquisition of SC.

When nFUSZ acquires SC, we will see the merger and uplist since these are going to happen simultaneously.
