MENASAT GULF GROUP PLC completes the acquisition of Aardvark Holdings Limited incorporating Aardvark Clear Mine Ltd
The acquisition was effected during July 2017, and was completed for an undisclosed sum.
Mr. Russell Dolman has over 30 years- experience in Aeronautical Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He has worked with the Royal Air Force, The Royal Saudi Air Force, British Aerospace and the Defence Evaluation & Research Agency. Russell’s continued drive into technology has resulted in patents being granted in Europe and the US.
In 2010, Mr. Russell Dolman founded Nano-Effect Ltd which he subsequently listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As CEO, his strong and positive management skills were instrumental in the 2012 reverse take-over of Menasat. As COO, Russell is the driving force behind the company’s identification, development and expansion into new security and humanitarian technologies. Having previously lived and worked in the Middle East, he integrates easily and has a good understanding of local customs and traditions.
