We all know that 40M is just the first part of the payment. It is part of the money reserved to pay the employee claims which will be dismissed. The 100M or so to pay PIERS also, came from the interest of some money sources because it was not there from day 1.

Our main payment will be from the beneficial interest from the securitized assets, for which it was not disclosed yet.

Of course WMILT will not go away after paying 40M unless you believe the theory of some crazy experts.
