As the team worked on various improvements, Rory's search for a faster way to penetrate the markets led him to believe that by partnering with larger, well established CRMs, they could speed up penetration into the markets. During the time that Rory was investigating this method of growth and seeking larger platform partnerships, the team realized that a much tighter integration would ultimately be needed. More API's were needed for additional connections.

May 1, 2018 – nFusz, Inc. notifiCRM-V2 was an overhaul having many more touch-points to make possible more features, interactivity, data collection and the ability to work on Twitter's platform. Oracle was not aware of the upgrade to V2 and Rory pushed hard to get it finished before integrating into Oracle/NetSuite's platform. By integrating the updated V2, it would save valuable time and resources trying to patch and add API'S into V1. At this point all partners that were still on V1 wanted to be on the newer V2. Those partners started beta testing the V2 software for free during the testing and feed-back period. This kept them on-board and allowed them to familiarize themselves with the new features of V2 without a significant impact. Nfusz also implimented a training program to get the Oracle/NetSuite and Marketo Sales teams up to speed on the new features and how to make interactive video. These actions caused a delay in revenue but allowed nFusz to position itself for intergration into the larger CRM platforms while updating the tech with more features making it far better than V1. Likewise, V3 will be much more robust and even easier to use.

04-23-2018 - ORACLE - 8k announcing agreement

NotifiCRM V3 The ERP space is huge. Microsoft and Oracle have large ERPs and SAP's is even larger. ERP applications are generally much larger in nature, requiring more data collection and management. Applications such as notifiEDU and notifiMED fall into the ERP category and need an even tighter integration with more API's, especially notifiMED, which is expected to be released in a few weeks. NotifiMED is expected to be a major player in the ERP space and this upgrade will make it all possible and gives the team yet another opportunity to make further improvements to the software. In my opinion, the V3 updates should be viewed not as an update to further enhance notifiCRM, but as a much more powerful program aimed primarily for notifiMED's debut, without affecting revenue from current partnerships.
