Given the extent of disagreement on this topic including disbursement method, proportion, etc. wouldn’t the LT be in a position to confirm this on the basis of a “hypothetical” case of additional SH assets? There is just so much time spent disputing these points, it would be good to have the LT comments on this.

I mean why not, they are managing our interests? Why should we not be able to get this? Has this been done before?
