It's a possibility imo. I did a lot of dd on barrett over the last few years when he was pretty much wholly Barrett Edge. Sent him an email once too with no response. Now that he's a part of a bigger partnership it's possible that firm is funding IPIX. Considering the format of the preferred I wouldn't be surprised.

It still stands that we're where we are until the deal is done. And if it's lucrative enough the market will react quickly and munch through the dilution quickly.
